I started to reread the book Anxious for Nothing by Max Lucado. I read the book back in 2020 and don’t remember much about it. It must of not stuck out to me then, and was maybe meant for me more now. I read a few things out of the book from chapter 2 about control and how when we lose that percieved control, fear and anxiety come out.
